We proudly offer shipping across Pakistan, serving all major cities as well as rural and remote areas.

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, please allow the following time for delivery:

Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-4 business days

Rural & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and begin after the order processing period. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer transparent and simple shipping rates:

Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 250 for all orders under Rs. 2,500.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of Rs. 2,500 and above.

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified.

You will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email with tracking link.

6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, factors like adverse weather conditions, courier service delays, or unforeseen events may impact delivery schedules. If such a situation arises, we will proactively notify you and provide the latest updates on your order's status.
